User Service Agreement of ELE-TIME SMART CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "This Agreement") is the service agreement for SK and TP series online products and / or services formulated by ELE-TIME SMART CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "We") for users (hereinafter referred to as "You").
This Agreement constitutes a prerequisite to your use of the SK, TP products and / or services. Please read the terms of this Agreement carefully before using the SK, TP products and / or services.

(1) Service instructions
Under this Agreement, we will firmly Protect your legitimate rights and interests to provide you with SK, TP products and / or services through the way:
(a) Buy SK, TP products and / or services through the official website of ELE-TIME SMART CO., LTD.
(b) Buy SK, TP products and / or services from other sources,
(c) Use any software related to both products and / or services;
(d) We will provide other products and / or services to you from time to time.
SK, TP products and / or services are applicable to adult users over the age of 18. Juveniles are required to accompanied by and directed by a guardian when using SK, TP products and / or services.
If you do not agree with this policy or any of its content, you may immediately stop using the relevant products and / or services that we provide.
(2). Users' rights and obligations
1. You understand and agree that when you use our product and / or service and connect it to the Internet, you shall bear the cost of Uploaded and downloaded for data due to your use of the service, which will be charged to you directly by the network provider.
2. You understand and agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and promptly check and comply with the Terms and Conditions published and / or updated from time to time.

4. You understand and agree that you may not engage in the following actions during your use:
(a) Upload, transmit and disseminate including but not limited to information, materials, text, photos, graphics, or other materials that contains any opposition to the basic principles determined in the Constitution, endanger national security, disclose state secrets, subvert state power, destroy national unity, damage to national image and interests, incite national hatred, national discrimination, undermine national religious policies, promote cult and feudal superstition, obscene, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigated crime, insult or slander others, any infringement on the legitimate rights and interests of other persons prohibited by laws or administrative regulations or other contents disliked by others;
(b) Upload, transmit, disseminate, send e-mail to our published email address or transmit or publish content which is not entitled to, such as internal information, confidential information, patents, trademarks, copyright, trade secrets or other exclusive rights, advertising letters, promotional materials, "spam," and software viruses or other computer codes, files and programs that disrupt or restrict any functions, including but not limited to information, data, text, photos, graphics, information or other information;
(c) Do harm to minors in any way;
(d) Pretend to be any person or institution, or to falsely claim or misled a person for any connection with any person or any institution;
(e) Tracking or harass other people in other ways, illegally invade other people's network, interfere with the normal function of others' network, steal network data and other acts that endanger network security;
(f) Providing others with procedures and tools specifically for engaging in activities that endanger network security, interfering with the normal function and protective measures of the network, stealing network data, or knowing that others are engaged in activities endangering network security, providing technical support, advertising, payment and settlement;
(g) Deliberately or unintentionally violate any relevant Chinese laws, regulations, rules and other regulations with legal effect;
